All of our Italian bartenders have been trained in Milan - by cocktail master Carmine Lamorte, who personally keeps the Bollicini staff up to date with the latest ingredients, ideas and recipes for our cocktails...
As well as the delicious concoctions, part of the appeal of cocktails is the "theatre" with which they are prepared...and our boys at Bollicini will keep you entertained with their own particular style of mixing, shaking and stirring!
